1. What this Notice covers
Cookies are small values stored by a website in a browser. We also use local storage and IndexedDB, which serve similar purposes but are not transmitted automatically with every request. This Notice explains all three.
2. Storage used by TUNDRÄ
| Category | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account session | Strictly necessary HTTP cookie | Authenticates a signed-in portal account and protects account access. | Up to 30 days; removed on logout |
| Consent preference | Local storage | Remembers whether you selected essential storage only or allowed analytics. | Until deleted or changed |
| Enquiry attribution | Local storage | Remembers landing-page and campaign information to attribute an enquiry. | Until deleted; submitted only with an enquiry or booking request |
| Free-test drafts | Local storage and IndexedDB | Temporarily keeps task text and selected attachments in your browser before registration. | Until submitted, removed or browser storage is cleared |
| Anonymous marketing visitor ID | Optional local storage | Links consented visits and conversion events from the same browser without using a name or email address. | Until analytics consent is withdrawn or browser storage is cleared |
| Anonymous marketing visit ID | Optional session storage | Links page views and conversion events within one browser-tab visit. | Until the browser tab/session ends or analytics consent is withdrawn |
| Google Analytics identifiers | Optional cookies/local storage | Measures page use and interactions after consent. IP anonymisation is requested in configuration. | According to Google’s configured cookie lifetime |
3. Essential storage
Essential storage supports sign-in, account security, consent memory and a draft you expressly create. It is not used for advertising. Blocking the session cookie prevents portal login. You can remove draft and local-storage values in browser settings, but unsent work may be lost.
4. Optional analytics
Google Analytics measurement ID G-ZVHKY9XHMQ is loaded only after “Allow analytics” is selected. We use it to understand anonymous visitors, visits, page views, CTA interactions, referrals and the conversion path through task creation, registration, enquiries, call requests and plan selection. We do not intentionally send task text, names, email addresses, passwords, attachment content or complete payment information to analytics.
You can refuse analytics without losing core Service functionality. Selecting “Essential only” is as easy as accepting analytics. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics loading on later page views; information already received by Google is handled under its retention and deletion processes.
5. Change your choice
Use the control in a legal-page or homepage footer to reopen the banner. You may also clear site data in your browser. Browser privacy or content-blocking tools may provide additional control.
6. Third-party checkout
Lava.top is a separate website and may set its own essential, analytics, payment and fraud-prevention cookies. Its controls and cookie policy apply when you visit its checkout. TUNDRÄ cannot alter cookies placed independently by Lava.top or a card provider.
7. Updates
We update this table when storage changes. A new non-essential category will not be enabled on the basis of an old consent if fresh consent is required by law.
