1. Prices and currency
The price shown immediately before checkout is the price for the selected billing period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TUNDRÄ public plan prices are in United States dollars (USD), billed monthly in advance. The current advertised monthly base prices are USD 1,450 for Maintain and USD 2,450 for Grow. A Scale plan is priced in an Order Form.
Your card issuer may convert USD into the card’s currency and may charge its own cross-border or conversion fee. Such fees are not charged or controlled by TUNDRÄ. If checkout displays taxes or a different total, the final total shown before you confirm payment controls for that transaction.
2. Payment processing
Card payments and recurring billing are facilitated by Lava.top, operated by LAVALANE LTD. Lava.top receives payment as the Seller’s payment agent under its own terms. By continuing to Lava.top, you provide payment and billing information directly to Lava.top and its payment partners; TUNDRÄ does not receive your complete card number or security code.
You must review and accept Lava.top’s terms and acknowledge its privacy policy. A payment is complete only after confirmed authorisation. A pending, reversed, rejected or fraudulent transaction does not activate a paid subscription.
3. Recurring-payment authorisation
When purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorise Lava.top, acting for TUNDRÄ, to charge the selected price and applicable taxes to your chosen payment method at the interval disclosed at checkout until you cancel. The amount, currency, frequency and cancellation method are displayed again before the payment button. No recurring authorisation is created by the free test.
Each monthly subscription renews on or about the same calendar day as the first successful payment. If that day does not exist in a later month, renewal may occur on the last day of that month. Processing times and time zones may cause a minor difference in the statement date.
4. Start of service
Paid access begins after confirmed payment and activation. If you are a Consumer and ask us to start work immediately, before any statutory cooling-off period expires, you expressly request early performance. If you then exercise a lawful withdrawal right, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied before withdrawal, as explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Invoices, receipts and tax information
- Lava.top may issue a payment receipt or checkout document for the card transaction.
- TUNDRÄ will provide Business Customers with a commercial invoice or other reasonably required supporting document upon request.
- Business Customers must provide their correct legal name, address, registration and VAT/GST/tax number where applicable.
- Russian fiscal receipts are issued where required by applicable cash-register law.
A Business Customer remains responsible for its own accounting, reverse-charge, import-tax and withholding obligations. If a jurisdiction requires withholding, notify us before payment and provide an official certificate of the amount remitted.
6. Failed and overdue payments
Lava.top or its payment partner may retry a failed recurring charge and ask you to update the payment method. We may pause new work while a payment is overdue. We will not intentionally continue charge attempts after confirmed cancellation. Access may be suspended or terminated if payment remains unpaid, without affecting fees already earned or mandatory Consumer rights.
7. Cancellation of renewal
You may cancel at any time using the cancellation controls made available by Lava.top or by emailing support@tundraa.dev. Include the subscription email and order identifier. An email cancellation is effective when received, subject to a charge already irrevocably submitted for processing. If we received your valid request before the renewal was submitted but a charge nevertheless occurs, we will reverse or refund that renewal.
Unless mandatory law or an Order Form provides otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. You are not required to state a reason. We will not require a more burdensome cancellation method than the online method used to subscribe.
8. Plan changes
An upgrade, downgrade or material scope change requires your confirmation. The effective date and any prorated charge or credit will be displayed or agreed before it is applied. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal. We do not add paid extras through pre-selected boxes or silence.
9. Price changes
We may change prices for future billing periods. Active subscribers will receive clear advance notice by email or through the portal, stating the new amount, effective date and cancellation method. Where applicable law requires affirmative consent, the new price will not be charged without it. Otherwise, the price change applies no earlier than the next renewal after the stated notice period.
10. Refunds and payment disputes
Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and mandatory law. Contact us first so we can investigate duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges. Nothing prevents a lawful card dispute, but knowingly filing a false chargeback or retaining refunded deliverables may result in suspension and recovery of documented costs to the extent permitted by law.
11. Evidence of consent
We and Lava.top may retain the subscription terms presented, acceptance event, transaction and subscription identifiers, timestamp, billing country, IP address and related communications as evidence of the order, payment authority, fraud prevention and legal compliance, subject to the Privacy Notice.
